• Product Details: The TLD-XBGN is a four-element dosimeter badge with a minimum reportable dose of 10 mrem (.10 mSv). 
• Energies Measured: X-ray, Beta, Gamma (Neutron reporting available with 83H badge). Beta: 76 keV – 5 MeV. Photon: 20 keV – 6 MeV. Neutron: Thermal -6 MeV.
• Reporting Periods: Monthly, or Quarterly.

      If you lose a badge:

• You will need to notify Us and order a replacement badge. Your account will be charged $20 for each lost badge. If the badge is found and returned within 60 days of the end of the most recent wear period, a $15 credit will be issued to your account.

Shipping

• The estimated lead time is 5-7 business days.
• The FedEx EasyReturns shipping label will adhere to the pre-addressed envelope provided in your regular shipments.
• If you receive a box, the EasyReturns shipping label will be placed at the bottom of the box.
• Feel free to reuse the box your badges were shipped in, remove the label from the backing, and adhere to the largest side of the package.
• Magic X-ray Markers is not responsible for damaged, delayed, or lost packages.
• Once the package leaves our hands, it is completely out of our control.
• In the case, that shipment is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible to file the claim with the related carrier.
