• Digitizing, preparing your custom logo and texts will take approximately another 7-10 business days. 
• Estimated shipping time 3-5 business days for domestic shipments.
• International shipping time varies depending on the destination and carriers.

Return and exchange:

• Custom Printed Diploma Covers Are Final Sale and Aren't Returnable.
• We will print exactly what you enter, so please be sure to check your spacing, punctuation, and spelling. 
• We Only take back this item if it is not customized and they should be in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase.
• Send us an e-mail at [email protected] so that the RMA number and return address can be issued.
• Upon receiving the RMA number, simply pack and seal the items for return in a box and mention RMA on the packaging. In case of losing your packaging slip, mention your name, address, order number along with the items you are returning on a piece of paper. If you are not aware of your order number, email us at [email protected] and our customer support staff will rightly assist you.
• Depending on your preferred method to return the item(s) to us, it may take 6-10 working days for the item to be received back at our facility. Upon receiving the item(s), it generally takes us 7 to 10 business days to process the payments. 
• Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
• All returns/exchanges will be subject to a 12% restocking fee
• Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited.
• We do not accept any exchanges.

Cancellation:
