Shipping:

• Embroidered/ Customized/ Altered/ Screen Printed items take 3-5 business days more.

Return and exchange:

• We will gladly take back the items in their original condition within 15 days of the purchase.
• Send us an e-mail at [email protected] so that the RMA number and return address can be issued.
• Upon receiving RMA number, simply pack and seal the items for return in a box and mention RMA on the packaging. In case of losing your packaging slip, mention your name, address, order number along with the items you are returning on a piece of paper. If you are not aware of your order number, email us at [email protected] and our customer support staff will rightly assist you.
• Depending on your preferred method to return the item(s) to us, it may take 6-10 working days for the item to be received back at our facility. Upon receiving the item(s), it generally takes us 7 to 10 business days to process the payments. 
• Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
• We cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, screen printed, customized, or embroidered items.
• Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited.
• We do not accept any exchanges.

Cancelation:
