Shipping:

  • Estimated Lead-time 10-13 business days. 
  • International shipping time varied base on the destination and carriers.
  • Embroidered/ Customized/ Altered/ Screen Printed items take 3-5 business days more.

Return and exchange:

  • We will gladly take back the items in their original condition within 15 days of the purchase.
  • Send us an e-mail at [email protected] so that the RMA number and return address can be issued.
  • Upon receiving RMA number, simply pack and seal the items for return in a box and mention RMA on the packaging. In case of losing your packaging slip, mention your name, address, order number along with the items you are returning on a piece of paper. If you are not aware of your order number, email us at [email protected] and our customer support staff will rightly assist you.
  • Depending on your preferred method to return the item(s) to us, it may take 6-10 working days for the item to be received back at our facility. Upon receiving the item(s), it generally takes us 7 to 10 business days to process the payments. 
  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
  • We cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, screen printed, customized, or embroidered items.
  • Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited.
  • We do not accept any exchanges.

Cancelation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 days of the purchase and a full refund will be issued. Please send your cancelation request to [email protected].

Embroidery

 

  • Digitizing, preparing, and emailing a sample of your custom logo will take approximately 7-10 business days. 
  • Once you approve your logo sample, please allow us embroidery-processing time to ship your order.
  • We will embroider exactly what you enter, so please be sure to check your spacing, punctuation, and spelling. 
  • Occasionally, on an item with a collar/lapel, a portion of the personalization may not be visible when worn.

 

Embroidery Items Are Final Sale & Are Not Returnable

How To Add Embroidery

  • Add Designs to the Left, Right, or Both Sides.
  • Click “Left Side” to add text to the wearer's left side; click "Right Side" to add text to the wearer's right side.
  • Add text to your design by typing into each field (up to 22 characters per line).
  • Add Your Logo.
  • Click the “Upload Logo” button.
  • Select the “Logo Position” from the pull-down menu.
  • Select your Text Line font from the pull-down menu.
  • Select the Logo & Text line thread color from the pull-down menu.
  • Add any additional comments in the “Special Instructions” box.

 

 

Return Of Postage
Magic X-ray Markers covers the cost of shipping to our customers. However, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
To streamline the return process, you have the option to purchase pre-paid return postage.
Once acquired, we will furnish you with a prepaid return label to affix to your package when sending the badges back to us. This ensures a convenient and efficient return experience.
