Make accurate comparisons between life-size (what you see) and image-size (what you get) The personalized R&L marker sets or the stand alone 3cm ruler are specifically designed for Teleradiology, CR and DR imaging where the image size does not always match the life-size anatomy. Place a marker on the CR or DR Plate and capture the radiographed anatomy. The image of the unique 3cm ruler gives an immediate visual and measurable cue as to the size of the screen image compared to the life size anatomy. Each marker is color coded Red for Right and Blue for Left. Uses High Density Lead Letters. R&L are 3/4" and 2-3 initials are 1/4".Since this item is personalized with initials, it is non-returnable.

We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your Magic X- Ray Markers purchase, you have 30 days in which to request a return. No returns 45 days past the invoice date will be allowed.

Products cannot be returned to Magic X- Ray Markers, for credit or refund, unless accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by the Magic X- Ray Markers Customer Service Department at [email protected]

All authorized returns are subject to a minimum 20% refurbishing fee. All protective apparel including table drapes, shields, radiation protective accessories (with media) are subject to a minimum 50% breakdown and restocking fee. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging. For proper credit to be considered, every effort should be made to assure a damage-free return. Magic X-Ray Markers will authorize returns for complete credit in the case of Magic X-Ray Markers error or defective merchandise. Credit will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Magic X- Ray Markers.

No returns will be allowed for customized orders unless they are defective.

A standard, non-customized order may be cancelled at no cost to you as long as your order has not yet shipped.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Every attempt has been made to assure that your Magic X- Ray Markers order leaves our facility in perfect condition. If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Magic X- Ray Markers immediately at [email protected] Whether the damage is visible or concealed, KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS FOR THE CARRIER INSPECTOR. Damages must be reported within seven (7) days after delivery. Delayed reporting can delay or void the carrier's responsibility to pay your claim and negate any credit for freight damage from Magic X-Ray Markers
