These Lead Figures are made by our Licensed Medical Device Manufacturer (Registration Number 1528078) under the Office of Product Evaluation and Quality for the Center for Device and Radiological Health, U.S. Food and Drug Administration. 

These are a more convenient method of X-ray identification. The Lead-Free Flat Face is the standard style. We will custom mount individual characters on Aluminum. Mounted Letters are easier to handle than loose letters, and can be ordered to fit a variety of aluminum channel markers. All mounting will be centered on .016" thick Aluminum. The Letters or Numbers do not contain any lead material. Other non-hazardous metals are used to form the characters.
